Dimensions and weights below are maximum packed-shipment thresholds drawn from the active shipping configuration, where recorded. They are not the dimensions of a particular product or a guaranteed delivery quotation. Product-specific packing, multi-item orders and your exact destination may change the amount.

These amounts are illustrative only and exclude any destination import duties and taxes. Actual shipping cost, available service and eligibility are confirmed at checkout or on the formal quotation. No hidden internal packing-class names are used to describe products.
How the estimate is calculated
Where supported, the product page calculates an indicative rate for one unit from the existing Combay shipping service. Enter a destination country and postcode for a closer estimate.
A manufacturer's bare-item measurements are not treated as final shipment dimensions. Fragile goods need protective material; heavier goods may need a pallet or crate. We may contact you where the estimate cannot reliably cover the actual parcel.
Dispatch and transit
The estimated dispatch period on the product page is distinct from carrier transit. Processing starts after payment has cleared and the goods are suitable for shipment. Bank holidays, customs and carrier interruptions may affect delivery.
For a time-critical purchase, agree an appropriate service and delivery deadline with us before ordering. A transit estimate is not a guaranteed arrival time.
International orders and customs
Import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees and import licences may be payable by the recipient according to the destination and agreed terms. These are not included in an indicative UK-origin delivery charge unless expressly stated.
Restricted items, batteries, controlled technology, hazardous contents or sanctioned destinations may be unavailable for export. Any order subject to additional export checks will be reviewed before dispatch.
Heavy goods, freight and collections
Equipment needing a crate, pallet, forklift, tail lift, special loading access or insurance review is quoted individually. We may ask for delivery-site opening times and unloading arrangements.
Collection is available by prior agreement on eligible items. Please wait for a confirmed collection time and any site instructions before travelling.
Damage, missing parcels and returns
Inspect packaging and the item on delivery. Keep all cartons and cushioning and photograph damage promptly. Contact us with the order reference, item photographs and details of any missing package.
Shipping-related enquiries and returns are handled in accordance with our published returns policy and your applicable legal rights.
Multi-item orders and formal quotations
Multiple units may ship together or separately depending on weight, fragile surfaces and size. A single-item estimate may not represent the packed dimensions of a larger order.
For planned bulk purchases, repeat purchasing or international freight, send us the SKUs, quantities and destination. We can prepare a written quotation for your approval before payment.
